What Perry is

Perry is a browser extension that rewrites a prompt you have typed into a supported AI chat app. It is provided free of charge and is still in development.

What you may expect

Perry is offered as-is. It depends on Google's Gemini API and on the chat apps it runs in, none of which we control. It may be unavailable, it may return a poor rewrite, and a site redesign may stop it working until we catch up. Always read an improved prompt before you send it.

Limits

The free plan allows 5 improvements and 2 refines per week per browser, plus a short-term rate limit. We may change these limits.

What you may not do

Use Perry to produce content that is illegal where you are.
Work around the usage limits, or call the service other than through the extension.
Put anything into a prompt that you are not allowed to share with Google — Gemini processes the text.

Liability

Perry is free, and liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent German law allows. Nothing here limits liability for injury to life, body or health, or under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.

Changes and ending

We may change or discontinue Perry. You can stop using it at any time by removing the extension from your browser; see the privacy policy for how to delete the little data that exists.

Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have where you live.
